براساس ماده واحده این قانون، به دولت اجازه داده می‌شود به منظور حفظ قدرت رأی و جایگاه جمهوری اسلامی ایران در بانك بین‌المللی ترمیم و توسعه نسبت به افزایش سرمایه ایران در چارچوب افزایش سرمایه عمومی و موردی در مجموع به ارزش 78 میلیون و 51هزار دلار آمریكا براساس جدول پرداختها طی سالهـای 1391 تا 1395 اقدام كند.
